These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://southerncontainercompany.com and any services we provide, including container rentals. By using our services, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Southern Container Company offers roll-off container rentals for residential, construction, and commercial projects throughout our designated service areas. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
By renting a container, you agree to the following conditions:
Rental Period: Standard rental includes up to 7 days. Additional days may be charged at $25 per day.
Tonnage Limit: Each rental includes 2 tons. Overages will be billed at $85 per additional ton.
Placement: You must provide a safe, accessible, and legally approved location for container placement.
Prohibited Items: You may not dispose of hazardous waste, tires, batteries, liquids, electronics, paint, or any material prohibited by law.
Damage: You assume responsibility for any damage to the container or surrounding property during the rental period.
Full payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, check, or authorized online payments.
Additional charges may apply for:
Excess weight
Extended rental time
Blocked or inaccessible container pickup
Unauthorized materials
Cancel at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery to receive a full refund.
Same-day cancellations may incur a $100 fee.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Southern Container Company related to your rental, scheduling, and customer service.
